Worst ISP and Customer Care service ever

Apologies for a rant But this company is absolutely terrible Since the 21st of December my Fibre has been down, I logged a ticket immediately and they identified that a technician had to be called out from TT Connect but an investigation had to be done before booking a day and time for the call out Afrihost consultant stated it would be a 24/48 hour investigation

Then Came the 24th I had still not been contacted by afrihost.com about any sort of feedback and I had been calling and following up everyday They just keep saying TT Connect will call tomorrow and confirm times

It's not the 28th I still had not been called by TT Connect or Afrihost about any sort of feedback although apparently while I was on the line with afrihost they had contacted TT Connect and assured I would be called tomorrow again

Afrihost consultant went as far to say that by 10am this morning I would be assisted or latest by 3pm

Now this morning I get told again that tomorrow I will be assisted, it seems tomorrow never comes This company and their consultants love to lie to get out of doing their job or just don't care about their clients or just fulfilling their promises

This is not the first time , earlier this year I went through the same problem that took 21 days to finally get assistance

I would only recommend this company to people who want to go through hell, who want to be **** to constantly , who want to deal with people that seem to have no idea how to do their job or treat their clients, this place has the worst customer care service i have ever dealt with and it's always like this , it never gets better only worse

Just a side not for all the consultants that will read this I phoned TT Connect myself and took me 2 mins to get a booked time from them ...... Don't tell me your manager is busy and will call me back that's your excuse everytime some how the managers are always to busy , don't say you going to call back without the intentions of calling back , just don't lie and your business will function better don't say your going to call TT Connect and never do
