worst ISP

I always struggle with Afrihost when it comes to getting a new line or doing a line relocation. I did a relocation on 29 Sept, it's now November. The 3rd I cancelled because of no service, and because they only submitted the order on the 29th of October. My wifi was supposed to be in on the 1st November. There was already fibre there all that was required was an ONT. Unfortunately, due to credit vetting, I had come back to Afrihost the source of pain as I could get a reliable ISP to handle my Internet due to credit vetting Due to the lack of service from Afrihost. I took matters into my own hands. I manage to track down previous tenants of where I stay now and they gave me the ONT that was in Unit 50 Green Valley Complex so then I just needed Afrifhost to activate the line. Then they couldnt get the b-number and managed to use Openserve tool to get the b number. Then I received an email from Openserve saying Afrihost didn't the claim line. From the 29th September till now, nothing has happened. Yet Afrihost claims to be the number 1 ISP
