Worst ISP

If you had a zero that would have been my rating for them. This so called ISP is the most horrible and diabolical one. I have been with them for nearly 2year but i must admit my experience with them was depressing. My stay perhaps can only be explained through stockholm syndrome. My services has been down so many time especially during prime time. the customer service is worst with people who do not understand their own system. Last month i cancelled my service effective of 2021-05-01 but only to wake up today and find that they have terminated before date. my call to them was not fruitful because they argue that the can only refund for the remaining days and they do not give a damn of my business. Alternatively, they offered i should reinstate my service and be bound by another contract. This organisation has violated my contractual agreement and they are operating malevolently. They disregard all laws protecting consumers.
