Worst internet service provider -Afrihost

U only gave them 1 star because I had to. This is the worst ISP ever. I’ve been having and issue with my internet connection for the past3 weeks already and have been on the phone with them every day trying to get it sorted. Everyday I have to explain to a different agent what my problem is and everyday they promise to call me back when I get home the evening. This morning the agent promised that he will personally call me and guess what....no calls. When asked to speak to a supervisor I get put on hold for 30 min at a time. I would not recommend this ISP to anyone.
