Worst internet provider in SA!!!

Terrible company, terrible service!! They give you a run around like a headless chickens as they do not seem to know what is going on!! I have had no internet since Friday as apparently the MTN towers are down! One person tells me it’s resolved and another agent tells me it’s still being worked on! So are the MTN towers down are not??? Then I get told oh MTN says it’s on my side ! Well I had internet all week last week so what changed from Friday ! Pathetic!!

I get told to restart, reset, reboot my router and send screenshot of speed tests that by the way I’m struggling to even do as I do not have internet!!! NOTHING WORKS and no one seems to know what the **** is going on!!!!
