Worst Internet Provider ever

Afrihost s the wors company ever when it comes to service. First call to a sales agent refer there are fibre in our area. Didn't call me back - no Fibre in our area. On the 17th they send me an email and told me that my Fibre Order was accepted and they will install within 4 weeks. On that I canceled my ADLS order with Telkom because it is worth the wait. They never knew that they have send me that email. 2 weeks down the line, I phoned to follow up - No sir sorry that will now only happen maybe end of November, my apologies for the inconvenience!! I will never recomend Afrihost to anyone!! Now I have to go back to Telkom with my tail between my legs and start the whole process from scratch again.
