Worst internet provider !

Last week out 7 days ...eventually a technician came out and took 2 min from inside his vehicle to restore wifi. Back for 2 days and the out again from Sat 2 hours before SA game and other important fixtures.

The only response was a ticket number ..escalation and then NOTHING ! NO TIMELINE can be given .This is unacceptable . It is still out ! The cost of paying for data for a service we are already paying for , is exorbitant in addition to the cost of making alternative arrangements and having to spend a fortune entertaining outside the home .

I would not recommend them at all .there have been many other outages but for shorter periods which is acceptable from time to time bug this is ridiculous!
