Worst hosting support ever
Support tickets get ignored, phone calls from supervisors are never honoured, site backups don't run, sites break for no reason.... How on earth is that pure internet joy????<br> <br> I suppose no one will bother answering this either.

We're working hard on having the backups resolved - we'll be in touch once things have been finalised though. Work should already have been done on this, so backups should be run shortly.
