Worst hosting service, and even worse support

I opened an account with Afrihost, after I saw that their pricing is quite cheap for hosting a website. Well their pricing is quite cheap for a reason, there is practically no service at all.

I booked a domain which I payed for and selected a hosting package with it, after a few hours I contacted Afrihost support, to find out why everything is not working yet. They answered the ticket that it will take 48-72 hours for the site to be activated. I waited and contacted theme again after 72 hours, and after another day and another day, I think it were 3 or 4 tickets for support, and still nothing.. They keep removing the tickets, and after I checked my mail, I saw some messages saying they've send it to another department.

Now this is just ridiculous, the last ticket I've send, I asked for my money back, for lack of service, which once again got removed. It's been a week with no proper reply or help from their pathetic support.

If you are thinking of hosting anything with Afrihost, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR MONEY.
