Worst Hosting Provider. Please take caution if you thing of doing business with them

<p>We have shared hosting, dedicated hosting, open cloud hosting, mobile data etc... Our hosting and emails have been on and off for 2 weeks now. Emails goes down during day for 2 - 4 hours which means our customers cant get hold of us. Tried to resolve this with them but they give a general response of " Server load issues","Technicians are working on the problem." No ETA and nothing has been resolved. We have now lost all our company email addresses and they have stoppped responding to support tickets. They used to be such a good company but are now failing in every aspect. I would strongly advice anyone to proceed doing business with them.</p>
