Worst Hosting ISP, Terrible service

<p>I called Afrihost just to find that they're closed on a public holiday, how does an ISP which hosts internet services that run 24 hours be closed? Thats very nonsensical. The phoneline says I can use the chat service, i waited for atleast 30 minutes, why? Because there's no one there! Yet again, then why reccomend something that isnt working? I then sent emails to support, then when I respond, dead silence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointing, but they dont care so they wint take the time to respond today. maybe next week sometime when they feel like it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very, very dissapoiting. </p>
