Worst Hosting company with free RANSONWARE - Mahala/ No charge

<p>We have a VPS Server with this company. Since 17 April 2017, we have had our server go down every week. The only thing they can do is restart the server everytime. There is nobody there that is really attending to the problem and telling us why this is happening. They have also suggested that it was the issues with our developers and the way we are logging off the system. There is no proper communication with us in keeping us abreast of what is going on. </p> <p>This week it has been down 3 times and now we have discovered that we have been attacked with ransonware. Ransonware is very serious as its when someone has run an application or a script that encrypts files on the machine and then demands that you pay in order to get the files decrypted. They are resposible for this as they supply the passwords to the machine. </p> <p>Further to this, we upgraded from a bronze server to a gold server and not getting the amount of HDD space that we paid for. They happily take the money and not deliver what they promised.</p> <p>To date, the server has been down more than 8 times in the last 25 days. Get you act together!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
