Worst fiber provider

Really bad fiber service! I have tried 3 times to order fiber probably like a year apart. First 2 times the order got cancelled and I had to constantly follow up (I gave up after a month + or so). So, Third time the charm???? Ok, so I tried again in Oct 2021. Heard nothing for 2 months! Lucky for them I moved to a different Unit in December within the complex that has a fiber line installed.... So please do a simple migration.....! Well guess what! My internet worked for 5 days (after struggling for a week to get it working) and they canceled or recycled my B number for what ever reason......? Now I'm back to square 1......! It took the technician 5min to get me a B number and get it working. How difficult can it be? Now they requested new number and told me 72hours.... Oky, waited 72 hours... then O now it will be 24 hours.... ok 24 hour is up a few days ago...... I'm still waiting!!!!!

Afrihost. Please change my mind! I have been a long time mobile customer, but your Afrihost Openserve fiber is just the worst. Your call back support employees are friendly as can be, but that don't help a bit!
