Worst few days of Internet Afrihost!

I have 4MB Line Uncapped with Afrihost. Pay R597 pm for it too for the convenience and the package.<br> Last few days my ping ranges from 3100 to 2200! My download speed ranges from 0.05 to 0.48 mb ps.<br> It should be around 3.75mb!<br> The internet so slow the webpages dont even load!<br> <br> I complain to Afrihost about it only to get told I need to run some pretty techie tests and send them results OR No, My line seems fine OR we have reset your line.<br> <br> For the money I am spending on the account, airtime for waiting constantly for an operator of the time sending emails up and down, i think its high time someone actually does their job and fixes the thing!!<br> <br> AFRIHOST, last call, either resolve or you will be losing a client! - I am terribly upset about this.
