WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AFRIHOST OPENSERVE

The worst experience. My fibre line has been off for 4 days. I can't get hold of this people on a phone line and the whatsapp agents are so useless not one of the 5 agents I spoke to can tell me what's wrong with my line.
