Worst Experience of my life

OK so I signed up a couple of months ago with Arfihost, Great prices and all that. I even signed up for Afrihost plus. I had paid my account and was double charged or something. I did a small upgrade and had to pay like R16 OK done in Client zone immediately and all fine.... I get a message the other day that an amount bounced....and amount I had already paid in full. It is now 5 days past and nothing has been done. I also blocked this months Debit as this must be fixed and me compensated for the costs incurred due to the bounced debits etc. I now have no net. and using my next door neighbors net to make this complaint.<br> <br> This has cost me money and I want it resolved now.
