Worst experience ever

Worst customer experience I have ever received.

How do you report the times you are open until yet 15 minutes before your support ends, all your services are unreachable or closed.

It will take you two weeks to get back to me, if you even do, on the ticket I submitted.

It took me having to contact the fibre provider directly to find out what is wrong, you don't even post a network notice or notify your customers about any outages.

The communication from Afrihost is just zero.
