Worst experience ever

I am so tired of this **** I have done everything reset the router checked the tt connect box checked the tt connect box on the computer no internet it's been a month and and now for the last 5days there is no internet. I pay alot of money for nothing I will not pay this for this month tt connect telling me its a for months now it a area problem if it is a area problem why am I the only one with the problem. So for your information I have done my checks I have sent the photos.

So please be advised I will be posting on hellopeter and I will be canceling with you if this is not fixed today I have been with afrihost for years now never had such a bad experience.

Kindly get this sorted today
