Worst experience

I have been struggling with Afrihost since Aug to get me line resolved.

1000's of WhatsApp chats, hundreds of emails and countless phone calls.

This entire mess has resulted in me being out of pocket by R2000, having two routers, two lines and yet still no internet access.

I am completely lost, having followed all the instructions provided and still today, nowhere near resolution.

Can I please be put in contact with someone senior who can actually assist, I have been bounced around from department to department and spoken to probably 50 different people, having to explain to each one from the start and then trying to explain to each one what the last consultant explained or did. This has become a joke
