Worst experience

I am so disappointed with Afrihost. I placed an order for relocation of my fiber it has been over a month and still no installation of an ONT box has been done and all they tell me is to wait for open serve to call me. When I call for an update I am told the matter has been escalated but no further assitance is provided to resolve the matter. I am at a point where I am about to cancel and go to a different service provider.
