Worst exeperince of my life

Between Afrihost and Vumatel I cant tell which is worse. I havent had internet for 2 weeks because this "business relationship" does not work. Everytime you contact Afrihost you talk to a different person and get completely contrasting information from the previous person. These guys have been telling my line is active when it has NEVER been active. I've followed their installation instructions to the tee but I still dont have internet
