WORST EVER - TRULY A MONEY MAKING STORY

People never buy data from Afrihost - not as conveniently listed as a debit order. maybe I was just stupid to assume as I have an account for LTE services it will go through on my account. No data is allocated, and stopped. NOT USED because it is a current debit and not on your account, so the debit order is showing overdue for this data you never used and the accounts are telling you you actually now paid for this overdue data (which by the way is only valid for one month) but you pay because you assume you are now paying for new data. Which you are not you are paying for the data allocated 3MONTHS ago but you never used as Afrihost blocked the data. Now my question, why if only valid for a month is that debit order still showing as unpaid 3 months later if it was only valid for a month. PLEASE AFRIHOST let me know why the debit order was still on the Afrihost app if the allocated data was never mine to use, because you blocked it. Terms and conditions my word. will anybody pay for something they know has expired???
