Worst ever service

Don't ever go with afrihost, there service is terrible, when they tell you change and update details using the app and then they debit the wrong account, and when you try and a hold of them on the contact centre you wait forever, as for the WhatsApp service it's no help at all. All I want to know is how to I go about cancelling there service ?????
