I am so tired of mailing these *********** people. For 5 months now, struggling to make a payment from overseas. I ask for Swift details, get a canned response. Ask for assistance in proving identity, get a canned response. As on whatsapp for help, told to go to write a ticket. Try to pay using any one of 12 credit and debit cards, all fail due to some new 3D secure nonsense. Bearing in mind that it is from the same card I have been using for years. Afrihost, call me + ********** 06209 preferably with someone that actually exists and knows what they are talking about. I've been with you for years, and this is how you treat me. Spent in the tens of thousands if not hundreds.
