Worst establishments to work with

I am completely and utterly appalled with the service I am receiving from both Afrihost and Telkom They are honestly the worst establishments to work with, My line has been down/intermittent/very slow for the past 3weeks plus, I have had to make several calls at my expense and all I ever get as an answer is " the technician has been assigned or there is no ETA, I have been paying for a service i am not receiving, Every 2 months or so my line is down. If you do not want my business, just let me know so I can move along with my life I request a manager contacts me to resolve my issue moving forward.
