Worst customer support service!!!

Been holding for 2 hours or more a day for a supervisor to assist, I have cancelled my line and need it released ASAP, because they are unable to provide the service I need to work from home, they are now in breach of contract and refuse to release my line until the end of the month, My new ISP is unable to install until the line is released, I would love to know if Afrihost will be paying my daily loss of income due to their bad service and even more horrible customer support, after just holding for 40 minutes the guy I spoke to dropped the call on me.
