worst customer support I have received

The worst customer support I have received. Live chat permanently offline, you cannot phone them anymore and the call back feature is such a waste of time. The only option left is whatsapp, where the response time is a few minutes to each message and the responses are generally 3 words. Support personal I spoke to is unable to assist me with how to use their site, how my account works or where exactly my order is. I then decided to rather cancel my order, as this is going nowhere. Surprise surprise, he couldn't assist. He doesn't know how to cancel my order and every response is somewhere on the customer zone and then later but he doesn't think orders can be canceled.
