Worst customer support

I am so disappointed with them. 7 months to have my fibre line installed and up and running. No call backs that have been promised . I feel I have been very patient. I have contacted them and I have asked to be contacted back. I have not been given timelines regarding how long this would take or any feedback on what actions will be taken. Really disgusted with the service
