Worst Customer Service - Stay Away!

Waiting for 2 weeks to get a line installation. No communication whatsoever! Everytime i reach out they are waiting on Vumatel to install. Vumatel calls to make an appointment in the first 10secs the call cuts-off sat an hour with no call back. I loaded R120 to call back and was caller number 3, jumped to caller number 1 for fives times in a row. The call keeps routing back to caller number 3 with 23mins of call time amd R120 gone! What pathetic and ridiculous service! Afrihost is not interested and keeps telling me to wait on the ****py Vumatel. Why do you even do business with a company that is giving a bad name to your brand. I work from home and have paid to have my wifi installed and nothing has been done in 2 weeks! Ive spend more than R600 on data because I have to use my phone as a hotspot whilst waiting on my installation. PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH MORE REPUTABLE NAMES IN THE INDUSTRY! AVOID THESE MONEY TAKERS! THATS ALL THEY ARE ABOUT!
