Worst customer service on earth

Modem was never delivered despite numerous phone calls to afrihost . Each consultant and supervisor has a complete different story as to what is happening . Last phone call after three weeks post expected delivery address only to be told that they cannot give me the contract I signed up for and that the courier company tried to call me at 6:30an and 6:40 am with no answer . Which in my opinion is absurd and a lie as no phone calls other than my phone calls to them were made . Extremely disappointed at poor service level . Will never use afrihost as a service provider I’m the future .
