Worst customer service in the history of customer service maybe ever.

About a week ago I signed up for your LTE deal(sounds good, doesnt work.), paid the R999 setup only to see the very next day has completely been removed by you guys. Now ive been logging tickets via the web chat, called in to the call center multiple times and still I have not been assisted. The LTE alone is beyond terrible and now I have to sit with below par customer service as well. Please rectify my billing to no setup fee as I refuse to pay a setup fee for something where the setup fee was wavered the very next day. Please do something about your call center not responding to their callbacks and emails and PLEASE FIX THIS ****TY LTE CONNECTION.
