Worst Customer Service in Hosting

I have been with Afrihost for 10 years. Initially their service was good but now their customer service is so poor you can vomit with anger. In the past 10 days my server has been down for more than 72 Hours continuously with no help.

They dont understand the urgency of their clients's business being offline. They need to realign their customer approach. I dont recommend anyone in their right state of mind to sign up with any of their services. They think they own the internet space and they act as if their clients owe them yes infact its the other way round.

Today I had enough. I am busy closing my account and moving to Hetzner. Its sad to say goodbye after 10 years of being with you buy Im not looking back. Im signing up with Hetzner. They understand their clients much better.
