Worst customer service i came across with Afrihost

I placed and order with Afrihost on the 17th of October 2017 for their new LTE Fixed wireless. I was surprised when i saw how fast things went after i placed the order. Until it got to their courier company they use (Digital Planet), things just went down hill from here. The courier company sat with my order for 3 days before i was phoned on the 20th of October to say my order is ready to be delivered by Monday the 23rd of October. At around 10h30 i decided to phone Digital Planet to ask them when they are going to deliver my order where they rep**** that it won't be delivered the date they promised but on on the Wednesday the 25th. I then phoned Afrihost to ask them what the hell is going on and they said they would find out and get back to me, this was at 10h40. At 16h30 i still had no call back from Afrihost so i had to phone again to find out what is happening and i was told again they will find out and let me know. I then asked that i wanted to speak to a manager as this is unacceptable to me and i want answers now !!! The lady then asked me to hold on so she can call her manager, she got back on the line and said that her manager is on a call she will ask her to phone me back, I am still waiting for that call up till now and it is past 20h00 in the evening now. Guys your service stinks and i really think you should get your act together as it doesn't seem that you have value for your customers. 3 years ago i wouldn't think this of you and would recommend you to any of my friends and family but after this poor service and customer support i don't even think i want to get this LTE with you guys anymore as i am really really disappointed. Lastly i just want to say that if this unit doesn't get delivered tomorrow before close of bussiness, i will cancel this order and take my other stuff away from Afrihost and will never ever recommend you guys to anyone. This is not a threat, this is a promise as i am tired of always being at the short end of the rope with poor service in this country.
