Worst customer service EVER

I with I could give zero stars. The level of support that I've been receiving from Afrihost is disgusting. I have virtually no internet access between 00:00 to 19:00. I can't even open Google at that times. I logged a query with afrihost support on 17 Jan 2020 which is still being 'investigated'.

I am yet to receive a proper update since logging the ticket. The only response I ever get is 'we are looking into it, then weeks would go by before I need to chase them for another 'we are looking into it' update.

When you call their support line it's kind of ironic... Home of pure internet joy! I have had No joy with this service. While I'm waiting for this to be fixed, they still have the nerve to promote a different package!

Absolutely appalled at this service. My rating is zero stars
