Worst Customer Service Ever

New customer. Fibre internet connected on 15 Sept and worked fine until 26 Sept, then no more access. Numerous phone calls, SMS', FB Messenger and even email to CEO and still waiting to be reconnected. Anybody in the Kloofendal, Roodepoort area where Vumatel has installed fibre optic recently, do not choose Afrihost as your ISP, as they don't deliver and have no clue how to handle complaints and provide their service.
