Worst customer service afrihost

I had the worst experience in the pass days with afrihost thy suspended my Fibre line on the 17th of March 2020 an up on till today I'm stuggling to activate it last week a had to fill in security forms that I did but eveytime I speak to a consultant I must fill in the same forms online today I asked to speak to the accounts department manager I was put on hold twice for almost over an half an hour thy just put you on hold an then never come back I send mails I dnt know how many times I called an now I'm sick of afrihost customer service it's the worst ever
