WORST customer service!

The worst service EVER! I have been calling since Thursday complaining about no internet access. Our customers are losing 1mil for every 3 min that I am not able to assist them. I have been calling and waiting on line for +-30 - 45 min every time every 1 hour. I am fed up with this service. Nthomi, the manager in the Fiber department keeps relaying to everyone that she will call me back with assistance to have someone come out. She never called back, just to find out that Afrihost does not care about their customer, Ntombi left the office after many calls trying to get hold of her, and we STILLLLLL don't have internet!!! What service is this ??
