Worst customer service

Been struggling for 7 days to get my internet back up and running. All I get is new tickets that is being logged to frogfoot. It is a little game of tag between afrihost and frogfoot. Afrihost says the problem is on frogfoot side and frogfoot says the problem is on afrihost side. This all started on the 1st of December 2024 and now it is 7th December 2024 still with no internet. Frogfoot technician came out on the 4th of December and stated there is no issue with line and it is on Afrihost side.
