Worst customer experience from Afrihost

I am really disappointed in the service received from the customer service agents at Afrihost , more specifically, Geraldo J. Wow so condescending its actually shocking.

I honestly have a genuine query with Afrihost that I need resolved and that actually is not even my worst gripe. My issue here is his condescending man, its one thing if I , as the customer am in the wrong and you point this out to try and assist me, but please don't treat me like and idiot and belittle me whilst at it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed in my entire life!
