Worst Company

Worst company to have a fivre account with.Paying for a 100mbps up and down if i am lucky i will get 20mpbs download but average atound 1mpbs download which is ****************.If we query the low download speed they give us a refrence number and never fix the problem.They always give the same response and have the worst costumer service i have ever experienced.
