Worst Client Experience - NO INTERNET FOR A WEEK

As a new client I've barely had fibre for two weeks. If you are considering Afrihost as your provider give this a quick read. I have logged so many requests I've lost count. Through calls, emails and their watsapp chat. All I get are technicians that repeat the same questions without getting to the root cause. It's now been a week of the same battle every day. I'm still without internet as I keep telling your technicians. If the fault is with Vuma, sort it out!! Incredibly disappointed with this client experience.
