WORST ALL ROUND SERVICE EVER, ABSOLUTE *******

Due to the very poor service levels i decided to move to another ISP. i gave Afrihost almost a full month of my intentions, and the reason for my decision to move. There was no attempt at customer retention, which i am actually ok with , as i did not want to stay with afrihost. i was told my account will be cancelled on 01/10/2019. on completion of my cancellation, the adsl line will be placed in a holding pool to be picked up by my service provider. My afrihost adsl account was cancelled, but the adsl line has not been placed in the holding pool, numerous tickets have been logged, but no feedback. I dont care whose fault it is, afrihost debits my account timeously every month ant they manage my account. service levels are absolute *******, i strongly suggest finding an alternate ISP
