Worst Aftersales/Support service ever !!

Never used to have problems with them, until this month, we moved, and requested a month in advance to arrange for our line to be moved. Both parties agreed that 1st of the new month the line would merge and be active 24-48 hours... 5 days later and still no internet connection. Been requesting online/whatsapp help, but the lack of interest from Thulanie N(as per whatsapp name) has gotten us nowhere. Every single day sitting for hours on whatsapp with them trying to sort it out, and nothing has been done. Just ******* aftersales service and support !!!!
