Worst Afrihost Experience

I recently moved and suqsequently my Telkom line number changed. I tried moving my Afrihost package, the exact same package to the new line number. After numerous conversations with consultants I had to put in a new order which would've cost me R262 more per month. After a detailed explanation of what I wanted, I still could not transfer the exact same package to the new telephone number! It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with Afrihost.
