Worst Account department ever

Worst accounts department ever. I paid my account 1/10/2020 via the mobile app with my card. I logged a ticket on 05/10/2020 informing them of this as my account still showed as in arrears and supp**** all the proofs that it was paid - My services were suspened on the 06/10/2020 while you have my money in your account. contacted you again today and no one is abe to give me an update. Your service is absolutely appalling.
