Worse than Telkom and Eskom put together

Line went down six days ago since time of writing and I have now spoken to at least ten people from both Afrihost and Metrofibre and no one is able to get this sorted. I have been pushed between these two companies as when cannot solve the issue, they just pass it on to the other. I highly do not recommend Afrihost. If anyone is interested, I will share the WhatsApp chats with them so see first hand what I am going through. This is a nightmare. I have spent hundreds of rands in purchasing ad-hoc data since my line has been down which is more than my monthly fibre bill.
