Worse Service ever
Look i have to say Afrihost gives me the most bad service ever they send me an invoice for the 2015/11/01 saying debit order is due on that date but they debit at their own time and if there is no funds on my account i have to pay bank charges for unpaid from my side and still pay R50 admin charge from their side, this Time around i wont pay for the R36 i got from my bank charges and the R50 admin from their side i rather cancel the account i have with them such a bad service if they send debit orders on the agreed date that would be perfect but they don't they just want to play in your bank account like they own it. i am appealing to who ever is in charge to resolve this

We do indeed submit invoices to our Clients for active products on the 25th of each month. Debit Orders are submitted to the Client's bank on the 1st day of the new month. Debit Orders can take up to five working days to be processed by your banking institution.
In the instance of your account, there were pro-rata charges for new products that were signed-up after the Billing run started. Due to these pro-rata charges there were two separate debit orders. Invoices are submitted in advance of these payments to ensure that you have enough funds available.
If you have any questions or queries with regards to the above query, you are welcome to contact us directly via ***.
Kind Regards,
The Afrihost Team.
