worse ISP, worse customer services, dropping client speed

worse internet service provider, I am paying for uncapped fiber line which I'm not even using most of time cause I'm always at work time to use the internet always buffer I can stream one device with a 20mbps. I worked has field technician fixing people internet this is the worse internet service provider, worse support not helpful asking me stupid question like I don't know this industry run when dropping people's internet speed...my internet only work the first week after they take my money
