Worse fibre ever

I have and pay for a 1gb fibre line in Knysna. For months now the download speeds vary between 26 and 200mbs. Several complaints and reporting all led to failed halfhearted attempts by the ISP has produces no results and Octotel also does not seem to be willing or able to assist.
