Worse customer service recieved

This has been by far the worse internet fiber supplier i have been going to and from trying to get fiber connected to my premises. all i get is excuses that Vuma tell could not get hold of me if i heard this more than 10 times i just cant believe that the service rendered to clients in so pathetic. all my neighbors in the same are have fiber installed with in 2 days and here i am trying to get fiber an its taking weeks of excuses. i made payment already yet no delivery of fiber. the funny thing is that a guy from Vuma comes to my place to ask how the internet is running because he though i have had the fiber installed. i think this company should really take customer service seriously. the website has all these very nice reviews but they fail to give basic ear to complaint. this is so unprofessional.
